Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. It is usual to have some irregularity in those who taking hormonal contraception.Mirena is a hormone releasing one.Another possibilty is pelvic inflammatory condition which can occur in uterine implants.A pelvic examination by gynecologist and may be an ultrasound examination also will be needed to rule out that condition.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
