What Is The Cause Of Bleeding From Rectum After Being Diagnosed With IBS, Hiatal Hernia And Acid Reflux?

I need advice from a GI specialist. I have a lot of blood coming out for my rectum. It last for several days then it will stop for several weeks. A boil on my butt has formed and has been coming and going away for several years and now when I put pressure on the infected area {outside of rectum} there is blood and puss that will come out of my rectum. I have been diagnosed with IBS, Hianal hernia, and acid reflux after having a colonoscopy 10 years ago. Pain and digestive problems have gotten worse. What could this problem be.
