What Is The Cause Of A Froathy Saliva From My Throat?
I had a suspected PE which was an off shoot of the DVT, I am sensitive to colds n coughs all the time. I just noticed a froathy saliva like substance come from my throat. I tend to get SOB with a little strain. I plug into 3ltrs Oxygen/min every night. Do I need to see a Pulmonologist or an ENT ?

In light of the history of previous PE and also the shortness of breath that you are experiencing, it would be best to see a pulmonologist.
Your doctor may suggest investigations to take a look at the lungs. If there are any cardiac symptoms, investigations to assess the heart may also be done.
