What Is The Cause For Tingling Feeling In Forearm After Taking Z Pack For Cold?

I just finished taking z pack for a cold. I was prescribed it on Dec 26th for 6 days. After taking it I had a tingly feeling in my left forarm for a few days..I thought it was gas. Could it be a side effect from the z pack? And if so is it dangerous? Im 26 dont smoke or drink. I dont take anything else besides Motrin now and then for pains or fevers. I am overweight

Hi, thank you for asking healthcare Magic.
The tingling sensation you felt was not really a side effect of the drug you took. It could have resulted from compression or irritation of a nerve. I do not think you need to worry so much. It was just a transient event.

I hope that answers your query. If you have additional questions or follow up queries then please do not hesitate in writing to us. We will be delighted to answer more questions from you.
I wish you good health
