General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
As you describe, the numbness may be due to the neuritis, due to several causes, like hypertension, diabetes, deficiency conditions, atherosclerosis, disc problems like spondylosis etc.
I advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment .
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms injections of vitamin B1,6,and 12, multivitamins, and protein supplements till the diagnosis is established.
Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
