As per your symptoms, if you have never had a delayed period, it is likely that conception has taken place. Please get a HPT with a fresh early morning sample and follow it up with a trans-vaginal/pelvic sonogram. If you cannot get a result in the urine pregnancy test, please get the serum beta-hCG levels assessed as it is a more sensitive and specific test. Hope your query has been answered.
