What Is The Cause For Nose Bleeds?

I have alws suffered from nose bleeds. I am 47 years old and in good health and exercise regularly. I do not smoke and drink in moderation below suggested levels. I have always suffered from nose bleeds. I have noticed that they occur when I am most stressed which I am glad to say is not frequent. I have also heard that they may have something to do with nasal bacteria. Should I be concerned?

Recurrent nasal bleeding is not a normal phenomena. You should consult an ENT specialist. Most probably you will need an X-ray/ CT scan of the sinuses, blood coagulation profile and also may be a Nasal Endoscopy.
