What Is The Cause For Lumps On My Waist With Herpes In My Mouth When On Clindamyacin?

I have pea size lumps, swollen glands or nodes on my right side above my waist. I feel sore. When pressure is applied to area it can take my breath away. I am on clindamyacin 900 mg a day for 4 days so far. I don't feel like it is getting better but perhaps spreading to my back. I went for ultrasound today but am sitting on pins and needles waiting for results tomorrow. I should mention I do get herpes quite frequently on my mouth.like twice a month due to chapped lips. Could this be some type of virus in my glands?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears to be the boil and the lymph glands related to it. Till the boil ruptures the pain will be unbearable.
The other possibility may be the herpes simplex over the spinal nerves.
I advise you to consult a surgeon for diagnosis and treatment for drainage and treatment.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
