OBGYN, Maternal and Fetal Medicine 's  Response
Hi, I have gone through your question. Cramps without spotting can be due to impending periods or early pregnancy.
This can be only confirmed by urine pregnancy test .
There can be a risk of ectopic pregnancy in ICSI or IVF. I suggest you to consult an OBGYN specialist if your pregnancy test is positive, so that proper examination and ultrasound done.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
