What Is The Cause For Dizziness, need To Shit Very Often With With Epilepsy And Meniere's Disease?

HI. I'm a 37 year old female and have been suffering from the following symptoms for at least the last 8 years.
Dizziness
Lethargy
Tingling in my fingers and toes
.
I have spoken to my local GP about this who has referred me to specialists to rule out anything nasty. I have had an MRI, CT, been to EN & T specialists, chiropractor etc. I find that whenever I get a bad dose of dizziness that I almost certainly have the need to go to the toilet (stool). This almost always happens. My GP indicated that I had Meniere's disease which I accepted but do not see the correlation between the dizzy spells and the over-riding need to go to the bathroom. I was told that I had epilepsy (which was later ruled out). I have had regular blood tests which generally comes back as clear. As a result of the Menieres diagnosis 3 years ago I do not consume alcohol, smoke, have caffeine and have a low salt diet. Nothing seems to be working.
Are you able to assist please

Good day!
Meniere's disease explains the dizziness but dosnt mean should be correlated to gastrointestinal issues , there might be two different etiologies. Seek gastroenterologist involvement in that. Avoid triggers. get the medicine and once meniere disease gone dizzines spells will go away.
good luck
