What Is The Cause For Cough With Green Phlegm And Extreme Pain In The Throat?

hi two night ago i developed a intense dry cough that ended up causing pain in my throat yesterday and today i felt fine with just the cough. this evening a multitude of sympotms crept up on me fever for 102 coughing up chunky green phlegm and extreme pain in throat headache and chill this was all accompanied by muscle weakness and fatigue what could this be

Symptoms of fever, pain in throat, headache and chills suggest presence of infection.
Green colored sputum is seen in infection caused by bacteria called Pseudomonas.
You need to consult your doctor.
Specific antibiotics are required for treatment of Pseudomonas infection.
Pseudomonas infection may not be controlled by routine antibiotics.
A drug sensitivity may be required to select the most appropriate antibiotic.
