What Is The Cause For Chest Pain After Fever?
I've been coughing, sick, fever (102.7 range) for 3 days. I'm finally functioning and my fever subsided however my chest hurts so bad to even breathe. It feels more burning in my lower esophagus and and lungs but it's constant and instantly feels like it inflames everytime I cough becoming worse. But even without coughing it burns to the point of feeling like I have a fever I between my breasts. Is it just from coughing so much or something that needs medical attention? I have no insurance so I only like to go under extreme circumstances.

From history it seems that you might be having acute lower reespiratory tract infection.
Go for chest x-ray and complete blood test to rule out pneumonitis.
You may require one course of higher antibiotic meidicine course.
Mean while take paracetamol tablet for fever and some cough suppressant to get temporary relief.
Take light diet and plenty of water.
