Wash that area with antiseptic liquid and start to apply antibiotic cream regularly. Avoid tight undergarment. Oral nsaid will be helpful to subside pain and and inflammation. If it is persistent after complete healing then use good moisturizer during sex. Get examined by your family physician for proper diagnosis and medications.
