General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
There is no problem if you do long swimming but it should be started with some time and then gradually increase the time.
All of a sudden if you do this much swimming, you may get your muscles pulled and may give rise fatigue, pain and discomfort.
Before going for long swimming go for some warm up exercise as well.
Ok and take care.
