Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain clogging and congestion in ear can occur due to causes like excess ear wax formation, ear infection, fluid behind eardrum, blocked Eustachian tubes leading to Eustachian tube dysfunction, foreign body impaction in ears etc..

I would suggest you to consult an Otolaryngologist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray, MRI, otoscopy etc can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..

In case of excess wax formation removal of wax can relieve the blocked feeling..

In case of infection or fluid behind the eardrum you can be advised a course of antibiotics, oral as well as nasal decongestants like Xylometazoline nasal sprays.
Along with it steam inhalation and chewing chewing gum can help..
In case of no improvement in 15 days surgical drainage by making a small incision through the eardrum can help..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
