What Is The Cause And Treatment For Squeezing And Pulling Feel In Heart?

I have been feeling as if someone or something is pulling at my heart or squeezing or tickling it gently. But last night, when I stooped to collect something, I felt it hurt. When I bend down to pick up something it really hurts. I have no chest pain and heart burn. I feel fatigued.

Thanks for your question on Health Care Magic.
I can understand your situation and problem.
By your history and description, possibility of muscular pain is more. Pain on movements is characteristic of muscular pain.
But better to rule out cardiac cause of chest pain first. So get done ecg and 2d echo first.
If both are normal then no need to worry for cardiac diseases.
Your symptoms are mostly due to muscular pain.
So avoid movements causing pain. Avoid bad postures in sleep. Avoid strenuous exercise and heavyweight lifting.
Application of warm water pad on affected areas is also helpful. Painkiller and muscle relaxant drugs are also beneficial.
Don't worry, you will be alright.
Hope I have solved your query. I will be happy to help you further. Wish you good health. Thanks.
