roof of my mouth is sore and can barely swallow...at night my mouth becomes extremely dry and makes it even tougher to swallow and more painful......its not swollen that i can tell, just extremely sore when i swallow. just wondering what s going on email: YYYY@YYYY

It looks that you are having some kind of allergy which has occurred on the roof or might be starting of throat infection.
Better you should start with anti-allergic once daily. And even if the soreness does not go after that also, then visit an ENT specialist.
