What Is The Cause And Treatment For Pain In The Rectum Near The Anal Sphincter?

hi,i feel like a tennis ball in the rectum just near the anal sphincter, with constant feeling to go to the baththroom without doing anything. the pain is totaly releived when i start taking daflon. i ve been on daflon for more than one year as i have leg pain caused by varice. the pain start again just when i stop daflon. can you please tell me what it could be. thank you

Here according to your complaint it seems to be hemorrhoids...
You are using daflon for that...

Here it is advisable to consult surgeon for proctoscopy examination
If needed since it for long time surgical intervention necessary....
Stool softener given...
Take low fat and more fruits diet.
More water taken....
Avoid excess spicy food.

But let me know you if during proctoscopy examination it seems to be growth like condition then biopsy taken for histopath examination ...
