1)IF YOU HAVE ANY CHRONIC COUGH OR ALLERGIC CORYZA ,COUGH THAN FIRST DO X-RAY CHEST TO REVAIL THE INFECTION .
2) IF YOU ARE OBESE THAN DO REGULAR EXRSIZE AND REDUSE WEIGHT.
3) IF YOU DIABETES THAN CONTROL YOUR SUGAR LEVEL. IF NOT THAN ALSO DO BLOOD SUGAR LEVEL.
4) DUE LACK OF CALCIUM AND VITAMIN DEFECNT THERE MAY BE A MUSCULAR PAIN . TAKE MORE DIET THAT HAVE MOE CALCIUM AND VITAMIN...

Thanks for query,
it seems that you are lack of physical exercise.
Go for blood sugar testing.
Do regular exercise like running,jogging,swimming etc for 30-40 mnt.
Take Calcium and multivitamin supplements.
