What Is The Cause And Treatment For Lichenoid Keratosis On Penis?
So currently the head of my penis has patches of dry skin that peel off and then regrow back after a certain amount of time. This all started when I got deployed to Iraq in 2009, I went to the Dr and Army Dr and they diagnosed it as Lichen Karotosis(sorry for horrible spelling) so far all they have prescribed was some steroid cream and to stop using soaps and shampoos without fragrance s to them. Is there a chance that this could be related to the air and water I used to clean myself with while in Iraq?

Don't worry they have prescribed you properly. Steroid cream is the treatment of choice for that condition. Now you have to be examined with you dermatologist. So that he can design proper therapy for you at present.
