Hello!

Welcome on Healthcaremagic!

I understand your concern and would explain that the main treatment considering these MRI findings is spine surgery, with possible decompression and fusion of the vertebral bodies.
Medical treatment is not successful in such cases, because there are signs of spine compression, which may lead to irreversible changes.
Surgery is the main treatment to improve the situation and avoid further progression.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best wishes, Dr. Aida
