Dear Doctor,
I was having little back pain since last few month which was bearable. Now it's increasing day by day. I uv consulted a doctor yesterday and he has advised to uv some pain killer and get a Xray of the lower portion. The result is Lunber Spondylosis. Loss of lordosis with reduction of disc space at L1-L2. Other finding are within normal limit. I am very worried. Please suggest me the cure.

Sometimes vitamin D deficiency can aggravate this so serum vitamin D test is advised if it is low than vitamin D supplementation will be required. Avoid long continuous standing.
