What Is The Cause And Solution For Pain Under Breast?
Hi, I have pain under right breast, can t recall any injury to the area. I am 57, overweight, female, no breast cancer history. I don t smoke, use drugs other than Panadol Osteo. I rarely drink alcohol. Lately I have had some reflux - not usual for me. More flatulence than usual too. the pain seems to move from directly under my breast, up through the breast and sometimes through to my back. The adjacent area in my back becomes stiff and painful to move from time to time. the back issue has been longer the the pain under the breast.

your case does not appear to be related to cancer.
any how it appears to be because of the gastric issues you are having. sometime the flatulence cause such type of pain.
getting a endoscopy will be a good idea at this point to rule out any ulcer in stomach.
another possibility is that your heavy breast is causing imbalance in your body. acquiring a better posture or support bra should ease it out
I also believe that reducing weight will help you in these symptoms

I really appreciate your concern such chest pain could be due to muscular pain or it could be due hyperacidity it both can be managed altogether with
Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day and Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day at evening time, else this is nothing to worry, hope this information may helps you, take care and have a nice day.
