Psychiatrist Dr. Keyur Panchal's  Response
Hi XXXXX,I am Dr.XXXXXX and I answer questions related to psychiatry.

1)Night talkin is not a serious problem and doesnt need treatment. You can know more about it by searchin "Somniloquy"

2)About stopping Sertraline: That depends upon nature of your problem. But in most cases there is no need to continue antidepressants for very long periods. But the best way is to talk to your psychiatrist regarding tha same.
