i am 39 year old female . recently returned from holiday in egypt . i was badly bit by mosqutos . i have been feeling so tired that as soon as i sit down im falling asleep this is very unsual for me . i have also in the last few days noticed a very large purple like bruising on my leg

Please get the blood tests done, particularly for malaria both by slide and antigen methods. If positive get the treatment.
The purple bruising on the leg could have been due to scratching by you.
Id there is no sign of infection , this will get alright on its own
