What is the best way to lower your blood pressure fast? My son is stressed out and trying to pass a physical for a job. He doesn t normally have high blood pressure, but is currently under a lot of stress. Does anyone have a quick remedy for lowering it?

open your right hand and with your left hand ( thumb and index finger ) squeeze the fat between your right hand between the thumb and index finger for atleast 10 min and try to relax for that period
