What Is The Best Treatment To Get Pregnant?

Hi i have 2 previous live births prior,when my youngest was 4 and ahalf,my husband was tragically killed in auto accident on his way home from work,,Thank god he was the worker he was,he is still well financially taking care of us,,he died 2006,9 yrs ago..im noe 43 yrs old and financially and emotionally stable, I have met the love of my life ,who is 27 yrs old,and we are trying to concieve a child, please help with advice. Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Chances of getting pregnant is highest in the fertile period which ranges from Day 8 to day 22 of the menstrual cycle. Intercourse every alternate day is recommended in this period to maximize the chances of conception. Moreover, you need to be stress free. I would suggest you to start taking folic acid tablet daily as taking it in preconceptional and periconceptional period decreases the risk of congenital anomalies in the fetus.
