Hi,
I understand your query.
Though right tube blockage does affect conception- it does not stop pregnancy because, your right tube is patent. Though one tube is blocked, you still have 50% chances for conception.TO try for conception scientifically-
-You should get basic investigations like - ovulation study of yourself & semen analysis of your partner.
Get any problem found solved by treatment advised by your gynecologist.
Try to improve general health of both of you by having nutritious diet, exercises, sound sleep, having stress/tension free life.
Addition of Vitamin E & folic acid supplements ( by Both of you) help conception
- Try to locate your ovulation day by LH surge test- & have an unprotected sex around the ovulation day.
* the cornual obstruction( left tube) can be removed by recanalizaton through Hysteroscope/ surgical procedure if your gynecologist advises.
Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
This is may not be the case of sterility due to block of tube still there is some chance of conception, it is better to get done the semen analysis too, and keep trying for conception, do not give off the hope, take care and have a good luck .
