What Is The Best Remedy For Heartburn?
I feel heartburn and pain at my upper abdomen and to my stomach . I loss appetite and feel more pain especially at night . I cant sleep well at all. use extra pillws, take omeprazole ranitidine bedtime and gaviscon early hrs in the morning as pain bad. please advise

I really appreciate your concern, the medicine you are taking for the symptoms that you have are correct but the timing and dosage if this may not be correct, so the correct dose for omeprazole is 40 mg once in day at evening time and it needs to be taken along with Tab Domperidone 20 mg better not to take the ranitidine with these, try to avoid the coffee, smoking, alcohol heavy meal prior to meal hope this information helps.
