What Is The Best Process To Digest A Heavy Meal?

It is 2 AM. All I have had to eat today is a grilled veggie burritto and I worked on cardio for over an hour until I couldn't move after I digested. That was at around 6 PM. I won't eat again until 12 PM tomorrow. I am very hungry, but I don't want to sleep on those calories! What's the best decision for me? Eat, or don't?

Hello.Welcome to HCM forum. It is good to balance out your calorie intake but keeping yourself hungry is not the answer. You can take green salad, fresh fruits or skimmed milk.Going hungry makes your body to go into starvation mode and body tries to store more fat in the subsequent meal. Thanks and good luck.
