What Is The Best Possible Treatment For Oozing Tumor At The Back Of Neck ?

How should I handle an oozing tumor on my neck . It was about the size of a small egg when it erupted and now it has gone substantially down in size. It is squamous cell carcinoma. It is oozing a lot, water, blood and pus.
I am keeping it dressed with gauze. What else if anything should I do other than what I am doing. It has left a hole in my neck about the size of the eraser of a pencil. I was told after exploratory surgery that nothing was removed and nothing could be done. I have had chemo and radiation and it has now moved to my throat and brain. I am active and able to move around. I can not swallow without aspirating and couching .

Its very sad to hear about your tumor. Unfortunately radiation and chemo are the only options left when the tumor has spread to other body parts. All you can do is increase the radiation dose to tumor and keep the wound clean. Wash it with normal saline daily twice. Chemo and are the only solutions left
