What Is The Best Medicine For Vitamin B12 Deficiency?

Hello,i am vitamin b12 deficient and from past 1 and 1/2 year i am taking b12 capsule but still not felling well enough. Symptoms like problem in nerves ,excessive sweating,nervousness,shakeness in hand,heaviness in head. Their is bit of improvement during this but symptoms come back. Right now i am taking zevit capsule on my doctor advise. Wants to know am i able to recover completely or this will persist with me lifelong.

You should consider rechecking your levels to see if there is any improvement.

If there is minimal change then you would either need to consider using very high dose oral replacement or injections to help to bring up the levels.
It is also important to use foods that would help as well.

Foods such as animal products, milk products, shellfish, makerel, fortified cereals.

If you use a high enough levels then your levels should normalize
