What Is The Best Medicine For Severe Knee Pain?

I am 70 years old I have got acidity problem and cholestral and arthritis I took daily pain killer for my knee pain. recently I went for ECG that showed abnormal Dr suggested me to take prolomet xl 50 and ecosprinav75 is it ok? what shall I do for for my kneepain?

Hello,
Considering your age I suspect you to have Degenerative Osteoarthritis and there is no permanent medical cure for the same... Taking Painkillers in only a temporary solution and can be fatal, my recommendations would be that you get your Kidney Function Tests done since you have been taking Pain killers regularly.
You also need to avoid sitting crossed leg, avoid squatting position, exercises to strengthen the hamstring muscles, weight reduction of more, use local Irritants to reduce pain & if pain is severe then use a tramadol with paracetamol combination medicines like Ultracet.
You can consider Knee Replacement Options.

Yes please continue your Prolomet-XL and Ecosprin-AV, cannot really comment much on it as don't have the ECG nor have you shared the Lipid Levels.
