What Is The Best Medicine For Severe Cold And Cough?
Hello doctor... i am a heavy smoker from the last couple of days i have been drinking vodka with a lot of ice, since yesterday i hav got severe cold n cough and also i am finding it difficult to breathe. feel heaviness in chest n throat. would almox 500 capsule help or can u pls suggest some other medicines. i am feeling very hard to breathe.

I were to suggest you to continue the medication-Almox 500mg thrice daily.Also suggest Tab.Sinarest after food thrice daily for 3 days.Sinarest acts as a decongestant and eases respiration.Advice steam inhalation to relieve congestion.Donot drink alcohol till the infection subsides.Hope this answers your query.
