What Is The Best Medicine For Diabetic Neuropathy?

what medication will work on diabetic neropathy. was on methadone dr has titrated him off of med and has put him on flexeril 10mg 3 x a day and naproxen 375 mg 3 x a day. meds are not helping with pain has leg spasms and severe pain before next dose is due. neurologist put him on methadone 4 years ago and he never had any pain while on it.

Hello
Either Lyrica or Neurontin are very effective for diabetic neuropathy and actually more effective than opiates like methadone. The flexeril and ibuprofen wouldn't be of much help here
