What Is The Best Inexpensive Muscle Relaxant Which Doesn't Cause Drowsiness?

I was wondering since my doctor's office is closed right now.....my doctor prescribed the muscle relaxant Flexeril (sp?) which I take @ night cuz it makes me really drowsy. The problem I'm finding is that because I take it @ night I don't get any benefits from it in the day time when I'm awake. My doctor mentioned that there is a prescription muscle relaxant that doesn't make you drowsy that you can take during the day but it's really pretty expensive. I forgot to ask her the name of it.......I was thinking of calling my health insurance to see if it would be covered and what the cost would be. You wouldn't happen to know of an "expensive prescription muscle relaxant" you can take during the daytime or are there maybe a lot of them and I should just ask my doctor????!!!

I can suggest you a muscle relaxant which is not sedative. It is thioquest/myoril . It is available in 4 mg and 8 mg. Its side effect are pity safe some patients complain of diarrhoea. You can take this , although it is little costly.
