Hi Dear
welcome to the site of HCM,
This type of burn usually damages the superficial part of the skin, May take some time in healing , some antibiotic cream and some moisturizing cream application will gradually take care of the skin. but scar will take some time to vanish.
Every individuals skin is continuously in phase of replacement by the new layer of skin from inside and the older one is wiped out naturally, but this is a gradual process, so superficial burn scars are replaced mostly. occasionally when the deeper part of the skin is damaged then it takes long time to disappear.
Hope your query is answered well.
Thanks
