Hi,
It seems that you may be having impetigo contagiosa with eczematisation. Have blood tests to rule out DM,HIV infection and other immunocompromised conditions. Take antibiotics like cefixime for 2 weeks with anti inflammatory drugs. Apply antibiotic cream.Improve immunity with immunobusters. If there is itching, you may take antihistaminics like levocetirizine. Improve hygiene with dettol bath. Have nutritious food, take good sleep and do exercise. I hope you got my answer.
Thanks.
