Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Without taking any other biological features to consideration, a male usually grows in height maximum upto the age of 22. Of course there are expectation. You are already having enough height and should stop worrying about height. Having lesser height much better than anxiety disorder. You should grow another 2 to 3 cm. Be patient.

Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You must understand increase in height is mainly due to increase in bone length and it has nothing to do with muscle mass or muscle growth. Bone length is almost dependent on genetics. You should be at least 180 cm for sure. Don't get stressed upon these kind of natural phenomenon. I suggest you to concentrate on education and career because, after an age, height or muscle mass never counts. But education and skills counts at any age. To answer your question, a man should be able to grow up to an age of 23 if every thing goes perfectly well. Take care.
