What Is The Abnormal Pain In The Lip After Chewing Tobacco?
i AM 44 YEARS OLD. PAST 4 YEARS TO TILL DATE I USE THE TOBACCO CHEWING IN MY LIP. NOW LIP IS BLOCKED AND BOTTOM LIPS ARE UBNORMAL PAIN . THIS SYMPTOMS ARE ALLERGY OR CANCER STARTING ? PLEASE INFORM ME. SOME TIMES ARE WHEEZING ARISED. iN MY THROAT NIGHT SLEEPING TIME ABNORMAL SOUNDS ARE ARISED.
Hello and welcome to HCM, Tobacco chewing is associated with a number of cancers like cancer of oral mucosa, throat cancer, lung cancer, pancreatic cancer, bladder cancer etc. The 'blocking of lip' could be due to thickening of the skin under the upper lip. This thickening could be due to development of cancer. You need to consult an ENT specialist for clinical examination of the oral cavity and oral mucosa. A biopsy may be required to know the histopathological changes in the oral mucosa. The throat also needs to be examined to look for any lesion in the throat.
