What is shoulder freeze and how can it be treated ?

Hi, i am amateur volleyball player and i also play badminton at a rookie level. Whenever i go for smash, my shoulder pains terribly. I can manage to hit smash with less intensity without any pain. My team mate told me that it could be shoulder freeze. Not sure what that means. I just want to know how this can be treated and what cause this pain. Thanks in advance. Cheers!

Cheers Gentleman, Frozen shoulder is a professional hazard in sportsman which can be minimized by simple shoulder exercises. Application of liniment ( Rumalaya ) when ever in pain will help. Enjoy smashing your pain too.

hi,many sports person encounter such problems,try to go for physiotherapy and daily give a massage with mahanarayan thailam, one hour before bath.u can take tab yog raj gugulu,one tab.twicw a daiy with warm water

hi dear when u try to smash ball ur shoulder and back muscles stretches than causes this terrible pain here homeopathy along with physiotherapy will help u a lot
