What Is Safe To Take For Sore Throat, Cough While Breastfeeding?

Hi.i m breastfeeding my 3months old baby and the last couple of days my throat was getting sore and nose was getting lil runny. Today I have serious pain in my throat, green mucous when I cough..also my temp is getting a bit higher today ..37.3 for now. What is safe to take and what do u think this is

hi and thanks for the query,
you are down with upper respiratory tract infection.
you can take pain killer tylenol after checking the dose. it helps with the fever too.
it is safe for you.
do warm salt water gargling 4 times daily. drink lots of warm fluids and avoid drinking cold drinks. avoid air conditioning.
if you do not feel better in 2 days then you may require a course of antibiotics so pay a visit to the doctor.
