What is releif for fatigue,, aching muscle and joints? Scan and tests normal.

My wife is 30 years old woman. Home maker. She is getting tiredness and not able to do any work. Whole body muscles are paining. Headache is also there. She is taking good diet. Everyday 3 to 4 hours in the morning time experiencing this problem for more than a year. T3, T4, TSH are normal. Scanning of Abdomen is normal. No sleeping problems. Visited Gynecologist and Physician, all reports are normal. But there is no relief.

vit d deficiency is very common in child bearing and lactating mothers.
As vit d is produced in our skin when we are exposed to ultraviolet rays of sunlight its deficiency is very common in people who leave urban areas and cold places .
