I have constant pain from the bottom on my right rib down to my hip and a little pain on my left side near my hip. My coccyx hurts horribly . I have a 3 and 1 year old . I went to the ER and they cancelled out gallbladder liver appendix and pancreas .. could this be my ovaries or colon?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. There are 2 most common possibilities i can think of. First you need to get your urine tested to see if there is urinary tract infection leading to pelvic infection. The second possibility is slip disc or spondylitis. You need to consult an orthopedic surgeon who may take an xray/CT scan and to diagnose it. If these things are normal then Ultrasound abdomen can be done to see if there is problem with uterus or ovary.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
