What Is Normal Sperm Count ?

Dear Sir, Pls find below report and advice . total sperm count: 40ml actively motile : 50 % slugish motile : 10 % non motile : 40 % abnormal forms head : 02% body : 01 % tail : 02% imature : 0 pls advice above report is normal or not. warm regrds

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The semen analysis should have following parameters:
Semen volume, sperm count, sperm concentration, motility of sperms, sperm morphology, presence or absence of abnormal cells.
The parameters mentioned by you are incomplete.
You have just mentioned the motility.
At Least 50% sperms should have active forward rapid motility. In your report, 50% sperms are having normal motility.
At least 50% sperms should have normal morphology.
In your report less than 10% sperms have abnormal morphology.
Kindly mention other parameters as mentioned above for more information.
