What Is My Endoscopy Report Suggestive Of?
I have suffered from high heartburn after eating food at office which involve masala. I met gastroenterologist and suggested below medication for 10 days
VELOZ-D
GAVISCON - 10ml - Thrice A Day
Heartburn seems reduced but getting mild heartburn and reflux. Doctor asked to gone through endoscopy
Report shows that :
Fundus : Erosions+
Body : Erosions+
Antrum : Erostions+
Endoscopic Opinion : Erosive Pangastritis
RUT for H Pylori : Positive

Doctor asked me to timely sleep and reduce stress, which I am missing due to some compulsions in my life. Please let me know your opinion on my treatment.

I understand your concern
You have develop gastritis and test is positive for H.pylori infection.
You should on correct treatment:
Continue to take Tab. NEXPRO - HP and SUCRAL - O according to doctor advise.
You can also ask for antibiotic like clarithromycin and amoxicillin for H.pylori infection
Avoid stress, do regular exercise like walking and yoga daily in morning for 45-60 minutes, avoid smoking and alcohol
Take diet like banana, rice, applesauce, toast, yogurt and buttermilk
Take more yogurt and buttermilk
