Radiologist 's  Response
Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

Your daughter's report suggests a 7 mm calculus in VUJ(means at the junction of urinary bladder and lower end of ureter). This is causing back pressure changes resulting in mild dilatation of ureter.
She should drink plenty of water.
If stone does not pass spontaneously then treatment is endoscopic removal.
She should consult urologist

Kidney is normal inn size and echotexture.
Other findings are within normal limit.

Get well soon.
Hope I have answered your question.

Take Care
