What Is Meaning Of Traces Of Albumin And Many Epithelial Cells In Urine?

hi doc.. im 22 years old female. Yesterday i got my result in urine examination. Color: yellow. character: sl. turbid. specific gravity of 1.008. pH of 7.0, albumin: trace, wbc of 2-3, rbc of 0-1 and epithelial cell : many..im kinda worried about the protein in my urine and pus cell and sometime i got pain on my lower abdomen. what does it indicate..thanks a lot

Thanks for writing to HCM

You may be suffering from urinary tract infection(UTI).
UTI is indicated by slightly turbid appearance of urine and presence of pus cells,RBC and protein in urine.RBC in urine may be due to UTI.
You need few more investigations like routine hemogram,Renal function test,Urine culture and sensitivity and Ultrasound of abdomen. Further investigations can be done if needed..
At present you need proper antibiotics after culture and sensitivity report.
You also need clinical correlation.You should drink plenty of water.
