Hi
Pinpoint head is a type of abnormality in sperm morphology. The amount of sperms with normal morphology should be at least 60percent which is well within normal range in your case. However the motility is slightly lower in progressive forms and also there are pus cells which are indicated by WBC count, which means there is an infection. You can consult your doctor for treatment of infection and then repeat analysis after control of infection to check for progressively motile sperms.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards
