welcome to Health care magic.
1.Complicatios of the tuberculosis in the spine are causing anterior wedge compression ( the bony changes ).
2.May be your x-ray chest is showing obvious lordotic curve than normal which will gives suspicion to any one who report your x-ray and may ask for further investigations like CT to confirm well being of the vertebral bodies and absence of any infective process in the spine.
3.complications of the TB gives a peculiar pots spine, para spinal collection (psoas abscess)
4.Its good for you also to get a through examination, investigations.
5.Get a CT spine for better evaluation.
Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
